A manuscript titled “Summertime Thermal Conditions and Senior Resident Behaviors in Public Housing: A Case Study in Elizabeth, NJ, USA” was recently accepted for publication at the Journal of Building and Environment. It examines the relative effect of the outdoor climate, neighborhood amenities and landscaping, building characteristics and occupant behaviors on the thermal conditions of senior, low-income residences.
